    Divorce (Talaq) from Abroad

    1. We draft your written Divorce Deed after reviewing your case.
    2. You sign it and have it attested at the Pakistani Embassy/Consulate in your country, witnessed by two witnesses.
    3. We serve the Talaq notice on the Union Council in Karachi on your behalf via Power of Attorney.
    4. The Union Council observes the 90-day reconciliation period.
    5. The divorce certificate is issued once the period expires.

    Khula from Abroad

    1. You execute a Special Power of Attorney, attested at the Pakistani Embassy/Consulate.
    2. We file your Khula petition in the Karachi Family Court — you need not appear.
    3. The court issues notice and attempts reconciliation.
    4. If reconciliation fails, the court grants the Khula decree — even without the husband's consent.
    5. The decree goes to the Union Council, which issues the divorce certificate.
