A petition is filed in the competent civil court with the death certificate, the deceased's cancelled CNIC, heirs' CNICs, the NADRA Family Registration Certificate, and asset details. The certificate usually issues within 2β3 months. We handle the entire process.
Can I get bail on the same day in Karachi?+
