    What counts as forgery under Pakistani law?
    Forgery under the PPC (Sections 463–464) is making a false document or part of a document with intent to cause damage, support a claim, or commit fraud. Related offences include forgery for cheating (Section 468) and using a forged document as genuine (Section 471). Counterfeiting currency falls under Sections 489-A to 489-E.
    Is forgery a bailable offence?
